This Gypsy/fairy skirt is black, with tiers of Victorian floral print fabric patchwork, 100% rayon. The waist has an elastic/drawstring with gypsy bells on the ends. Perfect for folk dance, renaissance fairs or belly dance. Plus sized, measures 40" long from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the hem, with the elastic/drawstring waist stretching out from 36" to 60". The circumference of the hem is 180".
