Long Lace Trim Tiered Cotton Gypsy Skirt-Tie-Dye

This 6-tiered skirt is 100% cotton, and has lace around the bottom with pearl trim. It is "Free-Sized" and measures 33" long and has a lining that is 18" long. The waist is drawstring and can stretch out to 40" and since it does not have elastic, it can get as tight as 1". The circumference of the hem is 180".
