Long Pixie/Fairy Victorian Print Crinkle Skirt

This beautiful 100% rayon skirt has a pixie hem. This broomstick skirt is black with pink and salmon colored flowers and sequines. This skirt is Free-Sized. The elastic/drawstring stretches from 26" to 44" and has little gypsy bells on the ends of the strings. The hips are 60" and the length is 40" from waist to the longest point of the hem.
